Returns

You can return products purchased through the online store, either because you simply changed your mind or because you identified a problem. By returning a product you have the option to request a refund or request a replacement with another product. Recommended Return Service

For Greece: You can, if you wish, deliver the goods to ACS, without paying and we will deduct the shipping cost (€3.90 up to 2 kilos plus €0.60 for each additional kilo) from the value of the return.

For Cyprus: You can, if you wish, call ACS Cyprus on 77 777 227 and be informed about the nearest ACS store where you can drop off the returned package (cost €2 up to 5 kg) or request that they pick it up from your location with the ACS D2D service (cost €3.6 up to 5 kg).

For Bulgaria: You can, if you wish, return the goods to ACS (Courier Today) or use our return service, informing us via e-mail that you wish to make a return and we will send a courier to collect your package from the address you provide us. If you choose this service, you do not pay anything to the courier and we will deduct the return cost (€3.90 up to 2 kg plus €0.60 for each additional kg) from the value of the returned products.

In any case, please enclose in the returned package the filled-out Return Form that you will find in your package or a note with the information you provided when ordering and instructions on whether you wish a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are made by a means similar to that used during the purchase.
If the payment was made by cash on delivery, you will receive the amount by deposit into your bank account.

Replacement orders

In the event that upon return you request a replacement with another item, you will not be charged shipping costs for the replacement order.
